The town flag appears in the episode "Flush, Flush, Sweet
Helga", when the mayor gives a press conference: it is furled, but it looks to
be green with three horizontal stripes, each containing a a narrow green
stripe (or, if you prefer, green with three green stripes thickly fimbriated
yellow.)
